Dispatch and Deliveries Terms and Conditions policy:

Ordering online by email or phone, All online self service orders placed after 10am will be delivered the next working day, it is possible for us to deliver the same depending on our daily work scedule. If we cannot have your order delivered we will call you asap to discuss a new delivery date. All online orders are classed as (Anytime deliveries) none time restrained. If you need your order delivered on a certain date day or time please choose you approximate time and add this in the (delivery instructions field) on the self service form or just give us a call.

Refund policy:

If you have ordered and paid and wish to cancel your order a 5% fee will be deducted from your refund if paid by card, no fees for cash or direct deposit order cancellations. If your order has been delivered and you deem there is problem with the product  please call us with in one working day so we can we resolve the issue asap. if we cannot resolve the issue $60 delivery and handling fee will be deducted from refund and product will be removed or replaced for no extra fee.
